And friendship is a guest,
Is surely home, and home sweet home
For there the heart can rest."

A touch of prim...

It is almost weekend once again. I have been taking down my Valentine's decorations which means time to think of something else in its place. Why not go with a prim look with my own touch?

Simple and pure!

Have a great weekend! Mine will be busy with a project which I hope to share with you next week. I am looking forward to working on it but, for now, here is a sneak peek.....

Soooo, the new room is going to come together now. Wonder if Bill will ever get there to sleep in his new bedroom?????
I know it is going to be super nice.
Love you, Mom

I like the prim look - have you come across the American magazine called A Simple Life? I think you might enjoy it.

Simple is always best, I feel.
I wonder what your next project could possibly be!

What a nice and simple decoration. I was thinking today about whether I wanted to replace my silver and red decoration in the powder room with something for St. Patrick's Day (which your arrangement would be perfect for!) Problem is, the day goes by without acknowledgment! Maybe, though, I'll go with green and silver anyway, and it will work for spring, too.

Do I see some spray painting in your future, or are the headboard and footboard going to remain as they are?

Now Bill can't have any excuse anymore! He must at least come and admire the new room!
